The exterior of the suit is made from Superflex, a durable material that combines a blend of neoprene and nylon for greater strength and elasticity. The inner fabric provides a soft and snug feel to the body, enhancing mobility.
The Superlight Foam, a lightweight neoprene foam, is used in the construction of the suit, providing a perfect balance between buoyancy and thermal retention. This foam incorporates recycled materials, such as car tires and neoprene scraps, reinforcing the commitment to sustainability without compromising quality.
The suit features GBS seams (glued, blind stitched, and invisible) on the exterior, ensuring maximum flexibility and minimal water entry, ideal for extreme cold conditions. High-stress areas inside are reinforced with Melco tape, providing additional durability in the most critical points.
